Sun Valley Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Michael Walsh who has over 20 years of combined experience in the building trades as a carpenter, general contractor, residential construction high school teacher, and home inspector. He has lived and worked in the Wood River Valley since 1990. He has built, bought, and sold several homes over the years. With his wide network of professional contacts in the local construction and real estate industry and his personal experience in the business, Michael understands well the different perspectives and needs of home buyers, sellers, and their Realtors.
He brings to Sun Valley Home Inspections LLC extensive technical knowledge and excellent reporting and communication skills to successfully convey his inspection observations and conclusions to his clients.
